National Storytelling Championship (NSC) - India 2025
Official Rules & Regulations
Eligibility

Open to all Indian citizens (students/adults/storytellers) in ages 3+ to 103+ (6 Age Categories).
Participants must register under their correct age category. Incorrect registration will lead to disqualification.

A non-refundable nominal fee applies. Multiple payments due to errors may be adjusted upon proof submission to admin@acenovation.com.
Employees/immediate families of ACEnovation, WSTC, or Blu Hornbill Club are prohibited from participating.
Submission Rules

Video Requirements:
Format: MP4 only.
Length: Max 120 seconds.
Language: English or any another language with English subtitles.
Content:
Must be original or if adapted stories cite sources.
No copyrighted material (music/images/clips) without written permission.
Prohibited: Sensitive topics (politics, religion, race), illegal behavior, or privacy violations.
Submission Window:
Opens: 25 May 2025, 9:00 AM IST.
Closes: 15th December 2025, 11:00 PM IST.
Competition Process

Knockout Rounds:
Top 10 in each category advance to Finals.
Finalists announced by 24 December 2025.
Grand Finale:
Junior Finals: 28 December 2025.
Senior Finals: 29 December 2025.
Live Grand Finale: VIT Chennai – Date To Be Announced.
Judging

Judged by an international panel of professional storytellers.
Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

- All Persons with special needs across all categories will receive special prizes.
Winners notified via Email/WhatsApp within 30 days. Prizes shipped globally if costs do not exceed prize value.

Violation of submission/content rules.
Certificates: All participants receive downloadable Certificates of Participation. Winners receive Certificates of Merit.
Liability: Participants assume responsibility for technical issues during the online finale.
Privacy & Data

ACEnovation collects personal data (name, email, etc.) for registration and competition purposes.
Data stored securely and deleted when no longer necessary.
Winners’ names, videos, and likeness may be used for publicity without compensation.
